There is a sharing that is going on among all of us that goes beyond the material at hand… it has been the catalyst that has helped to open our hearts to one another while discovering new information and healing by embracing our dignity as women. Our Lady’s Grace is upon us, preparing us to reach out to more women in need of this knowledge and healing… I feel it.

This study, authored by four Religious Sisters of Mercy (who have been so formational in the Endow apostolate by offering academic as well as spiritual direction) takes women on a journey to see where their actual everyday lives intersect with God’s Divine plan. The story follows the course of a woman’s life from conception through old age and preparation for death, as it uncovers for women the mysterious workings of God in ways that involve the disciplines of biology, philosophy, psychology and theology.
Navigating the study
For an 8 week study, groups can either move through the sections more rapidly or be selective about which sections to complete. It is not expected that all the questions should be answered in one session or at all. A 12 week study allows more time for the discussion questions although it is not necessary for all the questions to be answered. Remember quality over quantity.
The commentary for this study was written by Sister Lydia Allen, RSM (Psychologist), Sister Prudence Allen, RSM, Ph.D. (Philosopher), Sister Moira Debono, RSM, S.T.D. (Theologian), and Sister Marie Paul Lockerd, RSM, D.O. (Medical Doctor).
