CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Marilyn Coors is Associate Professor of Bioethics at the Center for Bioethics and Humanities at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and two master’s degrees and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver. The foci of her research, teaching and professional service are the ethical issues in clinical genetics and genomics research. These interests, in conjunction with her Catholic faith, led her to co-found ENDOW in 2003, where she serves as the chair of the Board of Directors. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the St. John Vianney Seminary, the National Catholic Bioethics Center, and the Augustine Institute. She and her husband Peter are the parents of six young adults and the grandparents of fourteen lively grandchildren.

Annette is a cradle Catholic who was born and raised in Ohio. She earned engineering degrees from Purdue University and the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
She previously held management positions at Chrysler Motors and BASF Corporation. Blessed by the birth of twin sons and a daughter, Annette took a professional sabbatical and moved to Colorado with her husband, Chris to raise their young family. During those years, she volunteered at her parish teaching Baptism Preparation classes and at her children’s school as a math enrichment teacher.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Katie Smith has been with Endow since January of 2019. She has an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Portland and worked in technology for five years before discerning a call to put her talents at the service of the Catholic Church. In 2011 she received a full scholarship to pursue a Master of Divinity degree from the University of Notre Dame. Since graduating from Notre Dame in 2014, Katie has facilitated online courses for Notre Dame, worked in campus ministry and parish ministry, and coordinated the founding of a new graduate school. After working with predominantly men since 2006, Katie has seen the real need for the feminine genius in the workplace. She is passionate about educating women on their authentic nature and dignity.
DIRECTOR OF CONTENT
Laura Zambrana, MDiv, is the Director of Content for Endow. As Director of Content, Laura brings our new studies to life through editing and overseeing the design and printing process. Laura also manages our website content.
She has been an Endow host since 2010 and has led several Endow groups in Pasadena and Hollywood, CA. Laura graduated from Thomas Aquinas College and studied Theology at the University of Notre Dame, then worked with Venerable Patrick Peyton’s ministry at Family Theater Productions in Hollywood, where she met her husband, James.
Laura and James have three kids, Peter, Helen, and Jane.

Simone Rizkallah previously worked at St. Mary’s Catholic High School in Phoenix, Arizona as Theology Department Chair and Senior Theology Teacher. She is also an Institute of Catholic Theology Fellow based on the campus of St. Thomas the Apostle in Phoenix, Arizona.
Her graduate degree is in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Systematic Theology from Christendom College. Her undergraduate studies and professional background include marketing communications, media, radio, and theatre before discovering her passion for the Faith and the call to evangelize through teaching and speaking.
As the daughter of immigrants from the Armenian Diaspora in Cairo, Egypt, she has a particular interest in matters of religious freedom and culture. In her free time she enjoys teaching RCIA, speaking and writing. She has been published in ChurchPOP, Aleteia, Verily, CatholicU, and Ethika Politika and was featured as a Guest Contributor in the book Road Signs for Catholic Teens published by Our Sunday Visitor.
Kelsey has been with Endow since December 2019. She earned an undergraduate degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Since graduating she has worked as a full-time youth minister in Phoenix, Arizona, a missionary for NET Australia, design contractor, and sales representative for various brands.
She began working with Endow to engage women through social media platforms and provide digital designs that reflect the feminine genius.
NATIONAL COORDINATOR FOR MAGNIFICA
Janeth Chavez is the National Coordinator for Magnifica, Endow’s apostolate for the Hispanic Community. She joined the team as of December 2019.
Janeth was born in Mexico and was raised in Denver, Colorado. She has a degree in marketing and has received Catholic Spiritual Formation through InIpso Ministry, as well as Theology Formation from the McGrath Institute for Church Life of the University of Notre Dame. Recently she received an International Diploma in Social Doctrine of the Church: Women in Public Life, from La Academia Latinoamericana de Líderes Católicos. Prior to us, she worked for the bishops of the Archdiocese of Denver.
For the past six years, she’s worked with the Hispanic community in various apostolates. Her passion is to help other women grow in relationship with the Lord and help them live out their true identity as daughters of God, rooted in faith and love.
She’s excited to help women in the journey of faith and has entrusted her mission to Our Lady of Guadalupe and San Juan Diego.
ENDOW HOST & WRITER
She calls Indianapolis, IN home base for many adventures with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she serves as a host, writer, and grant manager for Endow.
Teresa attended Thomas Aquinas College for her B.A. and the University of Notre Dame for a Masters of Theological Studies in Moral Theology. She has served as both a youth minister and High School teacher before joining Endow.
She loves that Endow helps women to take on the rich intellectual tradition of the Church in a way that aids them to form authentic friendships.
