CHAIRMAN of the BOARD
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Katie Smith has been with Endow since January of 2019. She has an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Portland and worked in technology for five years before discerning a call to put her talents at the service of the Catholic Church. In 2011 she received a full scholarship to pursue a Master of Divinity degree from the University of Notre Dame. Since graduating from Notre Dame in 2014, Katie has facilitated online courses for Notre Dame, worked in campus ministry and parish ministry, and coordinated the founding of a new graduate school. After working with predominantly men since 2006, Katie has seen the real need for the feminine genius in the workplace. She is passionate about educating women on their authentic nature and dignity.
Annette is a cradle Catholic who was born and raised in Ohio. She earned engineering degrees from Purdue University and the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

During those years, she volunteered at her parish teaching Baptism Preparation classes and at her children’s school as a math enrichment teacher.
“I have been involved with Endow for almost a decade and am passionate about its mission to educate women about their true nature and dignity. I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to serve an organization that has been such a big part my life over the years.”
